A Day in the Life
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Generating new and repeat business with drive and strategy
- Gaining instructions for properties to market
- Marketing properties to buyers (utilising diverse skills like photography, descriptions, and digital ads)
- Completing contracts on properties
- Upselling additional products for client convenience
- Preparing brochures (photos + written descriptions for each property)
- Canvassing the local area via:
- Door knocking
- Leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties meet health & safety standards

Essential Requirements
✅ Full UK driving licence (manual transmission preferred for company cars) ✅ Seasoned Estate Agent ready to take the next step in your career ✅ Team player – creates a positive, collaborative work environment ✅ Supports your manager in leading the team ✅ Outstanding customer service reputation ✅ Self-starter – able to work with minimal direction ✅ Professional telephone demeanour ✅ Strong IT skills (proficient in basic Microsoft packages) ✅ Rigorous attention to detail
