Proposal and Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support business growth by developing compelling proposals and impactful marketing content across multiple sectors.
Working closely with Principals, Business Development professionals, and technical teams, you will coordinate proposal submissions and create high-quality content that showcase our capabilities, strengthens our brand, and supports pursuits in the Education, Residential, and Commercial sectors, while contributing to NORR’s growth and expanding presence in the North West.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, development, and submission of proposals, in accordance with specified requirements
- Coordinate the development of narrative, graphics, project experience, resumes, and technical information and other necessary content from both internal teams and sub-consultants as applicable.
- Format, edit and proofread proposal content for consistency, accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule
- Produce presentations, marketing assets, award submissions, and other business development content.
- Maintain proposal resources, marketing content, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support business development initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Bring to the Team or The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development support.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or Professional Services industry
