Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Proposals Coordinator on behalf of our client, a successful and growing organisation.

Due to an increased workload, this position is being offered on an initial temporary basis. However, with ongoing business growth and continued demand, there is potential for the role to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating high-quality, professional documents and has strong organisational and coordination skills. Whilst experience within bids, tenders or proposals would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates from a variety of backgrounds including administration, marketing, document production, publishing, communications, project coordination or design.

The Role

This role is centred around the creation, formatting, coordination and publication of professional business documents. Working with information provided by various stakeholders, you will be responsible for producing polished, engaging and visually appealing submissions to tight deadlines.

If you enjoy bringing together content, ensuring documents are accurate and well-presented, and have a strong eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing, formatting and publishing professional business documents.
  • Creating visually appealing documents, presentations and supporting materials.
  • Managing templates and ensuring branding is applied consistently.
  • Coordinating information from multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy, consistency and presentation quality.
  • Maintaining shared document libraries and company resources.
  • Supporting the development of new templates and document formats.
  • Assisting with general administrative and project coordination activities as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
