The Role
As Bid Manager, you'll take ownership of the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission, producing high-quality, winning tenders across both public and private sector projects.
Working closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Commercial and Operational teams, you'll coordinate compelling submissions that showcase the business's technical expertise, quality and commitment to delivering value for clients.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous bid management experience within the construction industry who can confidently manage multiple tenders, write engaging submissions and build strong relationships across the business.
