About the Role
A leading and reputable fit out and refurbishment contractor based in East Croydon is looking for a Proposals Manager to join their expanding work-winning team.
You will lead the end-to-end proposal management of competitive fit out tenders, while ensuring all new content is maintained within the bid library to drive continuous improvement. This also includes input into the design of templates and written content where necessary.
A perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about bids, has drive and ambition, and seeks continuous professional development.

Responsibilities
- Lead proposal management from start to finish for competitive fit out tenders
- Contribute and improve bid library content for ongoing refinements
- Collaborate on the design and refinement of proposal templates and written content
- Ensure timetables and priorities meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
Ideal Candidate
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent writing skills, ideally within the built environment sector
- Strong organisational and project management expertise
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proven track record of analytical, detailed, and creative thinking in bid winning
