Proposal Manager

Responsibilities
- Manages the generation of a portfolio of proposals from initial receipt to final submission to the client that feed into Abzena’s overall RFP activities
- Coordinates the contributions of team members from across the business to create high quality responses through the RFP process
- Leads team alignment calls and discussions to clarify scope of work, gain insights into the business opportunity, and understand key messages
- Produces accurate pricing for proposals
- Supports the creation of and updates to budget sheet templates, proposal templates, and other related templates
- Ensures the final product is compliant with RFP requirements and is produced and delivered with highest quality
- Communicates progress on individual proposal development to senior management and others across the business
- Aligns with Q&A processes
- Uses our systems (SalesForce, SharePoint and others) effectively throughout the RFP process
- Complies with Abzena's policies and procedures
- Communicates effectively with clients, supervisors, colleagues and staff
- Participates effectively as a team player in all aspects of Abzena's business
- Adheres to quality standards set by regulations and Abzena policies, procedures, and mission
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of proposal management experience is required
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or CDMO field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SalesForce and Adobe Professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Effective problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Proposal Management
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and to work under tight deadlines while providing consistent and professional service
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism

Travel Is Required
£45,000 - £52,000 a year
