Proposals Engineer
Our client, a leading design & build contractor, is looking for a Proposals Engineer to support tendering activity across major water & wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities Prepare MEICA design solutions for tenders Produce cost estimates and tender documentation Support bid submissions and commercial reviews Coordinate internal teams and supply chain inputs Attend client meetings and support presentations

Requirements Experience in Proposals / Estimating / Design roles Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure Strong MEICA knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical) Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or similar)
