We’ve got an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Proposition team, supporting our in-store media activity, with the chance to get involved in online campaigns too.
You’ll report into the instore Media Proposition Manager and work closely with teams across the business, including Point of Sale, Insights, Finance, and Category/Client teams, as well as our agency partners.
In this role, you’ll help manage our existing media portfolio while spotting and developing new opportunities that deliver real value for suppliers, support Asda’s growth, and create a great experience for our customers in-store.
The proposition assistant will be responsible for collating and keeping up to date information about our media propositions. Coordinating the creation of sales collateral to aid the sales team in engaging suppliers with our retail media offering.
You will be a self starter, who takes pride in being organised with attention to detail.

“More About The Role”
Maintain and update media proposition information, ensuring accuracy through regular liaison with internal teams and key stakeholders. Create presentations to support internal and external communication. Develop media one-pagers, including media objectives, booking requirements, and booking processes. Produce media sales decks to support commercial teams in supplier conversations. Collate and maintain the Media Bible, ensuring all content and data remain current. Gather and organise customer and store-level data/Online to support decision-making and campaign planning. Conduct competitor reviews, including in-store visits, insight summaries and .com audits Support launch and trial activity, working closely with insights and client-facing teams to track performance and progress. Support with new media development , liaising with our agencies and relevant internal stakeholders to collate, launch, trial and review performance. Liaise with store teams to gather on-the-ground information and support media implementation. Update Salesforce, maintaining accurate data to enable media booking and reporting. Provide timely updates to media agencies, including sales performance and store data as required.
