Proposition Development Manager – Argos
Hackajob is collaborating with Sainsbury’s DTD to connect them with exceptional professionals for this Proposition Development Manager role.

Here, your role matters. You’ll work with visionary teams across Commercial, Buying, Merchandising, Design, Supply Chain, Digital, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and People & Transformation—directly influencing how we serve millions of customers daily.
About the Role
In our Propositions team, you’ll shape game-changing ideas with measurable impacts. Smarter pricing, effortless convenience, flexible route-to-market strategy—this is how we put the customer first.
As Proposition Development Manager, you’ll blend insight, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to architect high-impact propositions that create value for customers and the business. Collaborating with Tech, Product, Comms, Supply Chain and Finance, you’ll diagnose gaps, drive transformation and deliver tangible outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you’ll grow each day. Willingness to adapt, champion collaboration and shape data-informed decisions is key.

- Be the change expert: Own proposition performance, digging deep into customer data, commercial metrics and operational insights to uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner across teams: Align priorities, overcome blockers and keep delivery momentum in motion.

- Critical connector: Collaborate across Commercial, Tech, Product, Digital and Finance—balancing technical solutions against customer needs.

- Process innovator: Bring a critical eye to tactics, experimenting to improve the way we work.
