Help Shape the Future of Legal Services at ARAG

Are you curious about what customers will need next? Do you enjoy turning insights into ideas, and ideas into propositions that deliver real value?

We're looking for a Proposition Manager to join our growing Propositions team and help shape the future of ARAG's products, services, and customer experiences.

You'll work at the heart of the business, bringing together customer insight, commercial thinking, and innovation to create propositions that drive growth and make a genuine difference to people's lives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing new propositions and enhancing existing ones
  • Turning customer, market, and partner insights into compelling business cases
  • Working with business partners and internal teams to co-create innovative solutions
  • Improving customer journeys and delivering better outcomes
  • Spotting market trends, emerging opportunities, and future customer needs
  • Helping shape and continuously improve our New Product Development process
  • Ensuring propositions meet Consumer Duty requirements and deliver fair value to customers

Key experience needed:

  • Experience in developing and managing propositions, including both new product development and enhancement of existing offerings.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric design principles and methods to enhance customer experience.
  • Proven ability to build insight-driven business cases that support revenue growth and strategic objectives
