Propositions Coordinator
Proposition Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Key Responsibilities
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to shape how Gamma takes solutions to market, not just describe propositions but build the narrative around them.
Reporting to the Proposition Manager, the Proposition Coordinator will:
- Own, develop, and maintain compelling propositions that support Gamma’s solution-led approach
- Drive growth in Enterprise Markets
- Bridge the commercial and technical worlds, ensuring deep technical expertise isn’t a requirement—confidence in engaging with technology and translating it into customer value is
Day-to-Day Duties
- Define and develop compelling propositions within your assigned solution area, ensuring they are clearly defined, commercially viable, and resonate with target customers
- Act as the voice of the customer in propositions, translating insight, vendor capability, and real-world requirements into positioning that resonates and sells
- Clearly articulate proposition value to stakeholders, supporting sales engagement, qualification, and achieving customer outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, and Delivery teams to shape, package, and bring propositions to market
- Define the service wrap, including Professional and Managed Services, to ensure propositions are deliverable and supportable
- Drive go-to-market readiness, owning internal briefings, training, and sales enablement content
- Contribute to pricing discussions, business cases, and pipeline activity
- Maintain an accurate, structured documentation as the source of truth for your proposition area
- Support proposition enhancements, change activities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
You don’t need experience in everything—but a strong set of skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the role would be ideal:
- Background in commercially or customer-facing technology roles, such as:
- Proposition management
- Product management
- Product marketing
- Pre-sales
- Sales enablement
- Service design
- Familiarity with telecoms, technology services, managed services, or B2B solutions to engage credibly with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex products or services into clear, structured, and compelling content
- Ability to simplify and shape technical details into customer-relevant messaging
- Collaborative working style, comfortable engaging across Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, and vendor teams
- Good commercial awareness, including positioning, packaging, pricing, business cases, and pipeline activity
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Genuinely proactive and curious, asking thoughtful questions, seeking understanding, and demonstrating initiative
