Role Description
The Protection Adviser will provide financial protection advice to individual and business clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable products such as life cover, critical illness, income protection, and relevant general insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting client consultations
- Gathering and analyzing financial information
- Preparing tailored recommendations
- Explaining complex protection options in a clear and accessible manner
- Managing applications
- Liaising with providers
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Following up on enquiries
- Supporting ongoing reviews as circumstances change

Role Details
This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective self-management, proactive communication, and collaboration with colleagues and the wider Openwork network.
