What will you be doing?
- Conduct in-depth protection reviews (Life, CIC, Income Protection) for customers at the most critical moment of their lives.
- Deliver elite, advised recommendations from a large, competitive panel of providers.
- Maintain our 4.8/5 Trustpilot reputation by putting the customer’s best interests first, every time.
- Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern (No Saturdays!) designed for performance, not burnout.
What do we need from you?
- The Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an advised Protection role.
- The Credentials: CeMAP, CertPro, or R05 (or a willingness to achieve this in your first 3 months).
- The Mindset: You are a high-achiever who is bored with “average.” You want the best leads and the best tech so you can earn the best commission in the industry.
- The Skillset: Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to handle complex medical cases with empathy and precision.
