Competitive Commission Structure
- Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000+
- 25/75 split (net) on self-generated leads for both procuration and broker fees
- 60/40 split (net) on company-provided leads for both procuration and broker fees
Lead Generation & Client Development
- Some leads provided to help you get started
- Encouragement and support to build and grow your own client base through networking and referrals

Additional Earning Opportunities
- Ability to write Commercial, Bridging, and Second Charge business, plus a referral scheme for other business routes
