Capricorn is looking for experienced Protection Advisers to join our high-performing protection business in Hammersmith. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for advisers who know how to convert and want to be in an environment where performance is rewarded properly. What you’ll be doing: converting qualified mortgage clients into protection business owning your pipeline from first contact to completion delivering high-quality, client-first advice with urgency and accuracy working closely with advisers to maximise referral opportunity and retention building consistent volume in a proven protection model
Who we’re looking for: experienced protection advisers with a proven track record strong closers who understand that income follows activity commercially driven individuals who want to earn more from a stronger platform people who work fast, follow through, and take ownership confident communicators who build trust quickly advisers able to work full-time from our Hammersmith office right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Realistic OTE: Year 1: £30,000–£50,000 Year 2: £80,000–£120,000 Year 3: £150,000+ Year 4: £175,000+
