Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Provisioning Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Camberley office. The primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating the provisioning process for communication and IT services. This involves:

- Ensuring timely delivery

The role also includes:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Producing reports
- Contributing to process optimization to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Attributes and Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Technical skills and knowledge related to communication systems, connectivity, and IT services are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate closely with team members.
- Experience in a similar provisioning or coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
