Job Title: Provisioning Coordinator
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 3 days per week working from home
We are seeking a proactive Provisioning Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications circuits and services. This role is key to ensuring accurate, timely provisioning across multiple customer projects while maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities Of Provisioning Coordinator
- Manage end-to-end provisioning of circuits and services (Ethernet, FTTC, SD-WAN, VoIP, Porting, etc.)
- Track orders, manage supplier communication, and handle escalations
- Ensure delivery within SLAs and internal KPIs
- Update systems and maintain accurate records
- Communicate progress and issues to customers and stakeholders
- Support reporting and data accuracy requirements
- Identify and escalate risks or delays early
- Follow internal processes and regulatory guidelines (e.g., Ofcom)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Experience Required
- Experience in provisioning, telecoms, service delivery, or coordination role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, customer-focused, and self-motivated
- Competent in Microsoft Office and internal systems
