PROVISIONING LEAD - 6 MONTHS FTC
Lead the team that keeps technology moving.
We're looking for a hands-on Provisioning Team Leader to drive operational excellence across provisioning, stock control, and dispatch. If you're organised, technically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.
🕰️ Hours: 35 hours per week
📅 Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
💸 Salary: up to £38,000 pa pro rata dependant on experience
📍 Location: New Milton
📆 Start Date: ASAP

THE ROLE
As our Provisioning Team Leader, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy provisioning and warehouse environment, ensuring customer equipment is prepared, configured, tested, and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll lead a team of Provisioning Technicians, coordinate workloads, maintain high technical and quality standards, and ensure stock and inventory are managed effectively.

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Provisioning Technicians.
- Coordinate provisioning jobs from receipt through to dispatch.
- Allocate and prioritise workloads to meet operational deadlines.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and quality assurance of hardware and software.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, asset tracking, and equipment availability.
- Ensure all jobs are accurately documented, packed, and dispatched.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational teams and stakeholders.
- Promote a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse working environment.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate risks, delays, or technical concerns when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.

ABOUT YOU
You're an organised and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. With experience in technical provisioning, warehouse operations, logistics, or service delivery, you're confident coordinating workloads, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in a technical, provisioning, warehouse, logistics, operations, or similar environment.
- Previous team leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A good understanding of hardware configuration, software setup, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, asset tracking, and dispatch processes.
- Awareness of warehouse health and safety practices, including manual handling and safe storage procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to identify issues, solve problems, and escalate risks when required.
