Job Title: Service Provisioning & Delivery Coordinator Location: Reading (Hybrid)
About the Rol
e We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable Service Provisioning & Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for subscriber service s.This role is primarily focused on order management, provisioning, service activation, and delivery coordination, ensuring customer services are installed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed service levels. You will act as a key operational link between wholesale partners, network providers, internal delivery teams, and customer-facing functions to make sure services move smoothly from order through to liv
e. Key Responsibilit
ies Manage the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for subscriber services, from order receipt through to activation and hand overCoordinate delivery of services including Consumer FTTP, Business FTTP, Ethernet, Leased Line, and VoIPOwn order tracking, milestone management, and provisioning updates across internal teams and external suppl iersLiaise with wholesale partners, carriers, and network providers to progress orders and resolve delivery bloc kersEnsure provisioning activities are completed accurately and in line with agreed SLAs and customer requirem entsManage service activation, appointment coordination, and readiness checks to support successful go- liveProvide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams on order status and r isksSupport fallouts, provisioning exceptions, and early life service issues to ensure smooth delivery into sup portAssist with front-line operational support for connectivity services where requ iredIdentify recurring provisioning issues and contribute to process improvement initiat

ience Strong experience in telecoms provisioning, order management, or service delivery coordi nationAdvanced understanding of broadband and connectivity services including FTTP, Ethernet, Leased Line, an d VoIPGood understanding of telecom provisioning workflows, service activation, and supplier management pro cessesSolid grounding in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking co nceptsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for connectivity and provisioning-related issuesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities simultan eouslyStrong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, suppliers, and operational pa rtnersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical, detail-focused, and customer-oriented ap proachAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational s
