PRU Teacher – Bromley – Immediate Start
This well-established Pupil Referral Unit in the London Borough of Bromley is seeking a resilient and passionate PRU Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The school supports students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and challenging behaviours, providing a structured and therapeutic environment where young people are encouraged to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.

The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism and wider curriculum where required
- Support students with SEMH needs and barriers to learning
- Build positive relationships that promote engagement and attendance
- Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, mentors, and external professionals
- Create a safe, consistent, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), although experienced unqualified teachers and Alternative Provision practitioners are encouraged to apply
Previous experience within a PRU, SEMH school, or specialist provision is highly desirable.
