An Exciting Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Emergency Department Flow Coordinators (Flo-Co) to join the team at Dr Gray’s Hospital.
The post holder will have day to day management of patient flow across ED, working collaboratively with the ED NiC, clinical and operational teams, to prevent/resolve ambulance delays, breaches and complex discharge/transfer issues. The post holder will maintain a large network of multidisciplinary professionals and work innovatively and creatively to find solutions to individual issues.
The post holder will be responsible for providing up to date, reliable and consistent information on the real time ED capacity to the operational managers to ensure the demands of the department are met over the 24 hour period.
The post holder should be a registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the acute sector with sound clinical knowledge of various specialties and sound knowledge of patient flow.

Key Worker Housing Support
Moray Council are offering temporary accommodation for key workers moving to Moray to support recruitment in the public sector, including NHS roles. This opportunity is designed to help individuals who are unable to secure housing locally while starting their new job.

You must be moving to Moray from outside the area and must be willing to accept a Short Scottish Secure Tenancy (SSST), which is a temporary housing arrangement.
