Job Title: Inspection Operative
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Reports To: Shift Manager
Salary: £25,700 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect labels for defects with precision
- Set up and operate multiple slitter units
- Slice rolls using scissors, tape, or splicing tables per specs
- Run jobs through slitting and rewinding processes
- Pack finished jobs with proper documentation (COC, packing list, labels)
- Maintain rewinder
- Set up and monitor 100% visual inspection systems
- Follow all SOPs and quality standards
- Hit daily KPI’s set by Inspection Lead

What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and colour perception
- Solid problem-solving skills under pressure
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable following procedures and manuals
- Basic computer skills
