Shire Healthcare are working with a reputable and leading provider of specialist care and education, recruiting for a Psychological Therapist to be based in a specialist school in Cumbria.

This employer is an independent, leading provider of specialist care and education, supporting children and young people in educational and/or residential settings. They work with individuals who present a complexity of needs, including:
- Developmental trauma
- Neuro-developmental conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD)
- Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The successful candidate will:
- Join a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Support children and young people with complex needs in a specialist education setting in Cumbria
- Work across education and care environments to deliver:
- Assessment-informed interventions
- Support for formulation and care planning
Contract Details
- Hours: Full-time
- Contract Type: Term-time only
- Salary: £37,500 – £45,250 (term-time pay)
Experience Required
Candidates should have:
- HCPC registration or BACP accreditation
- Proven experience working with young people with:
- Neurodevelopmental needs (e.g., autism, SEMH, ADHD)
- Learning disabilities
