The Role

Working alongside experienced teachers, you will help students access learning through tailored classroom support, structured intervention sessions, and personalised learning activities. You'll support pupils both individually and in small groups, encouraging communication, confidence, and independence while helping them overcome barriers to learning.

The Candidate

This opportunity would suit a Psychology graduate who is patient, resilient, and genuinely interested in supporting young people with SEND.
