Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Specialist School, Birmingham

A specialist secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning needs throughout the school day, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Salary: £85 - £100 per day
- Duration: September 2026 – July 2027
- Location: Specialist Secondary School – Birmingham
- Role: Supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex additional needs
The Role
You'll become a key member of the classroom team, supporting pupils both during lessons and through targeted intervention sessions. Every student has individual learning goals, so your role will involve:

You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and experienced teaching assistants to ensure every child receives consistent, personalised support throughout the school day.
