Tutor Wanted — A-Level Psychology (International Curriculum)

Saimbi Education is a boutique tutoring practice founded by a University of Cambridge qualified teacher. We work with a small number of international families and place a high value on tutor quality.

We're recruiting two specialist tutors for a Dubai-based student:

  • A-Level Psychology tutor — international Dubai curriculum, 2 hours per week
  • A-Level Economics tutor — international Dubai curriculum, 2 hours per week

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge/Oxford in the relevant subject (or closely related)
  • PGCE & QTS from University of Cambridge/Oxford
  • Demonstrable A-Level teaching experience with strong results
  • Comfortable teaching online
  • A or A* at A-Level in the subject you'd be teaching
  • Experience with international students and [IB/UK curriculum] contexts
  • Examiner or marker experience
  • Sufficient communication with senior tutors to be able to discuss the progress of the student weekly

Details:

  • Fully online, 1:1
  • £30 hourly twice a week, paid monthly
  • Starting in September, ongoing until the end of the academic year in June, with scope for further opportunities
