Role Overview
As a PT Sales-Trader, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing global programme trades for institutional clients
- Delivering best-in-class execution outcomes
- Offering execution consultancy expertise
- Partnering with trading, sales, ETF, electronic execution, and technology teams
- Sourcing liquidity, optimising execution, and ensuring best execution
- Building client relationships and revenue growth
- Collaborating on full suite of execution capabilities

Reports to: Global Head of Low Touch & Portfolio Distribution
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Execution
- Work in the Equity Low Touch PT Sales-Trading Team in London
- Cover European institutional clients and provide tailored execution solutions
- Monitor algorithmic orders
- Ensure optimal and efficient execution of client orders
Algorithmic & Strategy Expertise
- Offer insights and strategies on algorithmic trading to optimise execution
- Keep clients updated on market trends and developments
- Advise clients on optimal trading strategies
Pre- & Post-Trade Analysis
- Conduct thorough analysis of execution quality
- Provide detailed reports to inform future strategies
Market Promotion & Expansion
- Market entire platform, including ETFs, Program Trading, Low-Touch & High-Touch trading
- Engage with clients to demonstrate value of solutions
Program Trading Specialist
- Design and execute large-scale, basket-trading strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and optimise program trades
- Implement risk management strategies to minimise exposure
- Use advanced analytics to assess program trade impact and performance
- Identify client needs and provide customized program trading solutions

Experience & Competencies
Requirements
- 1-5 years of working experience in financial markets (preferably equity markets)
- Expert knowledge of algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, and statistics
- Fluent in English
- Bonus if fluent in French, Spanish, or Italian
Skills & Attitude

Education
- Business School or University degree, with a specialisation in market finance & quantitative analysis
