Role: Production Test Coupon (PTC) Coordinator
A Production Test Coupon (PTC) Coordinator supports the Senior Welding Engineer in the delivery of the Tasks and responsibilities associated with ISO14731.
Reporting to Senior Welding Engineer, primarily responsible for coordination of Production Test Coupon (PTC) Coordinator, which includes the following:
- Coordination of materials
- Parameter monitoring and recording
- Coordination of mechanical testing
- LTQR compilation and submittal
- Coordination of PWHT (where applicable)
- Raising of SON
- Coordination of client FUD intervention points
- Providing technical input to the welding team
- Preparation of Weld cards
- Reporting of test results
- Completes any other duties as assigned by the Senior Welding Engineer

Qualifications and experience
- Experience in a similar industry
- Good Engineering and practical background
- Experience in the monitoring of WPQR’s
- Knowledge and experience in EN ISO 3834-2
- Able to read and understand isometric drawings
- Understanding of and familiarity with pipe standards and specifications
- Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
- Understanding of fabrication, welding and NDT techniques
- Good communication and report writing skills
- CCNSG required
