Technology – PTC ThingWorx, Kepware, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL
Location – Stevenage, UK

Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a skilled PTC ThingWorx Developer with strong experience in ThingWorx application development, enhancement, support, and maintenance. The candidate should have strong expertise in developing IoT solutions, troubleshooting production issues, integrating industrial devices, and supporting enterprise-scale ThingWorx applications. Exposure to ThingWorx Navigate, Kepware, and manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
Location & Security Requirements
Candidates who have previously held Security Check (SC) Clearance or are eligible to obtain SC Clearance will be preferred. Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage, United Kingdom, or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ThingWorx applications, Mashups, Services, Data Shapes, Events, and Subscriptions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SQL databases, and external enterprise systems.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
- Manage application deployments, releases, upgrades, and environment support across Dev, QA, and Production.
- Configure and troubleshoot user access, security, monitoring, and application health.
- Support industrial connectivity using Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT and PLC integrations.
- Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams for new enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC ThingWorx, Kepware.
- Strong expertise in Mashup Development, Services, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Experience in application support, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ThingWorx security, deployments, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of ThingWorx Navigate, Kepware, and Windchill integration.
Good To Have Skills
- DPM (Digital Performance Management)
- RTPPM (Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring)
- AMU (Asset Monitoring & Utilization)
- CWC (Connected Work Cell)
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IIoT domain experience
- Windchill, Azure/AWS, Agile and DevOps exposure
Preferred Experience
Experience working in manufacturing, or industrial IoT environments with the ability to deliver scalable solutions, production support, and continuous improvements across enterprise ThingWorx applications.
