Teamforce Labour are looking for an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor to join our growing team on rail infrastructure projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in civil engineering and rail works who is ready to start ASAP.
Pay: Negotiable (PAYE Umbrella)
Package: Company van and fuel card provided
Role
As a PTS Civils Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of civils works on rail projects, ensuring work is completed to programme, specification, and the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civils activities on site.
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with Network Rail standards and company procedures.
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planning.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and progress against programme.
- Ensure RAMS are implemented and adhered to at all times.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Complete site records, inspections, and reporting documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project delivery.
- Promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture on site.

Requirements
- PTS (Essential)
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience supervising civils works within the rail industry.
- Strong knowledge of rail civils activities, including drainage, concrete works, ducting, earthworks, fencing, and associated infrastructure.
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends where required.
