About the Role
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Public Area Attendant to join its pre-opening team as this highly anticipated new luxury hotel prepares to open later this year. This is an exciting opportunity for a luxury hospitality leader to shape the guest experience at this landmark property, located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace.

- 100 elegant rooms and suites

Responsibilities
You will:
- Maintain immaculate public spaces throughout the hotel to enhance guest and member experiences
- Address guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and discretion
- Complete scheduled deep-cleaning and maintenance support tasks
Key duties:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in all public areas
- Follow lost-and-found procedures (company policy adherence)
- Handle guest service matters efficiently and courteously
- Secure and manage master keys responsibly
- Conduct deep-cleaning tasks (monthly, carpet shampooing)
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department
- Conduct inspections, taking immediate corrective action
- Comply with absolutely firewall and health and safety regulations
