Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Inspired by the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, the hotel reflects a sense of British heritage and timeless style.
The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Dining experiences include seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and cocktails at the stylish Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Public Area Attendant role
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Ensure meeting rooms, gym areas, lifts, locker rooms, and back-of-house corridors meet hotel hygiene standards. Support daily restaurant cleanliness and assist the linen room or perform linen porter duties when required. Conduct deep cleaning tasks, special cleaning projects, and upkeep of upholstery, carpets, and rugs. Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. Ensure proper care, usage, and storage of all public area equipment and cleaning tools. Complete guest requests via HoTSoS efficiently and professionally. Comply with all hotel policies, including lost property, fire safety, security, and health and safety procedures. Train new colleagues to ensure high standards and consistent performance. Maintain positive working relationships and deliver friendly, professional service at all times.
