Contract: Full Time

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour plus gratuities

Our Public Areas team plays a vital role in supporting the guest journey by ensuring that every space looks, smells and feels exceptional. From entrances and lounges to spa facilities and seating areas, your work directly contributes to how guests feel the moment they arrive and throughout their stay.

As a Public Areas Cleaner, you will take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that invite comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. This is a role for someone who values high standards, works with care and understands the importance of consistency in a luxury environment.

Your Role Will Include

  • Ensuring all public and guest facing areas are immaculately presented, free from obstruction and always on brand
  • Taking pride in the appearance and atmosphere of your areas, recognising the impact this has on guest wellbeing and experience
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness across seating areas, spa facilities and all shared spaces
  • Ensuring public toilets are cleaned to the highest standard and fully stocked at all times
  • Supporting the wider housekeeping team when required, including assisting with bedroom and bathroom cleaning
  • Regularly vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors to maintain consistent standards throughout the resort

Health, Safety And Standards

  • Following all health and safety and fire procedures and acting responsibly at all times
  • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and in line with COSHH guidelines
  • Attending required training and completing health and safety modules to ensure best practice
  • Taking personal responsibility for maintaining standards and reporting issues promptly
