My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Law Solicitor to join their team based in their Bolton offices

The Role
- Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
- Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Support the supervision and development of the public law team.
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues where required.
- Maintain high standards of client care and legal practice.

About You
- Experience in public law, particularly care proceedings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
