B2B PR Account Executive, South Manchester, up to £27000

Are you a budding PR professional with a passion for storytelling, media relations, and the fast-paced world of B2B communications? We’re working with a highly respected global marketing and communications agency is looking to bring a PR Account Executive on board to support the delivery of high-impact campaigns across a portfolio of industry-leading clients.

Role Overview

As a PR Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of client campaigns, media relations, and content creation. You'll be instrumental in delivering well-structured, insight-driven communications that generate real results.

Responsibilities

  • Running daily press office activity for B2B PR accounts
  • Maintaining and updating media lists, dispatching press releases, and pitching to trade journalists
  • Building and nurturing media relationships to secure coverage and feature opportunities
  • Writing clear, engaging content – from press releases to editorial articles, Q&As, and social media posts
  • Researching industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning
  • Supporting campaign evaluation and reporting, including coverage tracking and KPI analysis
  • Contributing to integrated campaigns and collaborating with internal teams across the agency

Skills and Experience Needed

This role suits a naturally curious, highly organised individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You'll need strong communication skills and an eagerness to develop your knowledge of technical B2B sectors.

You’ll have a PR or Marketing related degree, and if you have some previous experience working in a PR agency environment or content focused role, then that’s ideal.
