Public Relations Account Manager

Account Manager – Corporate PR / Communications (Manchester)

We’re looking for confident and experienced Account Managers to join a brilliant agency in Manchester, where you’ll work with well-known national brands.

About the Role

A snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the trusted point of contact for clients, leading and managing their accounts with professionalism and care.
  • Getting hands-on across campaign strategy, execution, and delivery:
    • Shaping standout PR campaigns.
    • Securing media coverage for clients.
    • Managing crisis communications with ease.
    • Crafting high-impact content that meets brand objectives and resonates with audiences.
  • Overseeing campaign planning and delivery, collaborating with Account Executives.
  • Ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinating cross-agency teams to drive results.
  • Leading the creation of impact reports to showcase campaign success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Corporate PR or Communications, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members with a positive, supportive approach.
  • Outstanding writing and content-creation skills, with a proven track record of producing results-driven work.
  • A deep understanding of the media landscape and industry trends.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills—excelling under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team and across departments.
