Public Relations Account Manager
Account Manager – Corporate PR / Communications (Manchester)
We’re looking for confident and experienced Account Managers to join a brilliant agency in Manchester, where you’ll work with well-known national brands.
About the Role
A snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the trusted point of contact for clients, leading and managing their accounts with professionalism and care.
- Getting hands-on across campaign strategy, execution, and delivery:
- Shaping standout PR campaigns.
- Securing media coverage for clients.
- Managing crisis communications with ease.
- Crafting high-impact content that meets brand objectives and resonates with audiences.
- Overseeing campaign planning and delivery, collaborating with Account Executives.
- Ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinating cross-agency teams to drive results.
- Leading the creation of impact reports to showcase campaign success.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Corporate PR or Communications, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members with a positive, supportive approach.
- Outstanding writing and content-creation skills, with a proven track record of producing results-driven work.
- A deep understanding of the media landscape and industry trends.
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills—excelling under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team and across departments.
