Join License to PR

At License to PR (www.licensetopr.co.uk), we create campaigns that people talk about.

We're a specialist consumer PR agency working with some of the world's biggest entertainment, licensing and consumer brands, delivering campaigns that combine media relations, influencer marketing, celebrity engagement, experiential events and creative storytelling. From blockbuster entertainment launches to consumer product campaigns, we help brands earn attention through ideas that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable commercial results.

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our collaborative team of experienced PRs. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who loves creating newsworthy campaigns, has outstanding media relationships and thrives on delivering high-profile consumer PR and corporate communications.

You'll be trusted to lead campaigns independently and manage client relationships, while benefiting from direct access to the Directors for fast decision-making, ongoing support and the opportunity to learn from experienced senior PR professionals as you help drive the continued growth of the agency.

Location

Fully remote (UK). This role is home-based, with travel to London required approximately once a month for client meetings, networking, client entertainment, events and trade shows, sometimes at short notice. Additional travel may occasionally be required to support client campaigns and events across the UK.

This is a role built on trust and accountability. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote working environment, takes ownership of their workload, prioritises effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality results. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent self-management skills, and a proven ability to maintain productivity while benefiting from the flexibility that remote working provides.

The Role

As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading integrated consumer PR campaigns from initial brief through to evaluation. You’ll also have the skills needed to support on B2B trade accounts during busier periods.

On the consumer side, you'll develop creative campaign ideas that capture the attention of national media, oversee their execution and ensure exceptional client service throughout. You'll have an excellent understanding of the UK consumer media landscape, an established network of journalist contacts and a proven ability to secure high-quality national print, online and broadcast coverage through compelling storytelling and strategic media relations.

Working alongside Directors, you'll play an important role in shaping campaign strategy, contributing to new business and identifying opportunities that help our clients stand out in increasingly competitive markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
