Our PR work has grown steadily over the last few months, and now we’re creating a new manager role to help Clearbox keep delivering great campaigns for our clients. Before we get into the role and benefits, we want to mention that ideally, we’re looking for someone on a full-time basis.

The role Job Title: Account Manager Team: PR Reports to: Account Director Location: 2B, The Printworks, Belfast BT1 6EA – four days a week in the office, one day optional remote working Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
An Account Manager at Clearbox is responsible for running client accounts day-to-day. You will lead on strategy, planning, and delivery, managing campaigns from brief to results. You’ll be a key contact for clients and play an active role in shaping their PR output, building trust through clear communication and excellent work.

Who we’re looking for An experienced PR professional, likely a couple of years at Account Manager level, or an experienced Senior Account Executive ready to step up. You can take a brief and turn it into a plan, then see it through to results you’re proud of. You’re confident in front of clients, calm when things move fast, and you write well. Most of all, you care about doing great work and being a good person to have on a team.
Benefits Family & leave Enhanced maternity pay: full pay for month 1, then National Living Wage (£477/week) for months 2–6, statutory pay thereafter Enhanced paternity pay: 4 weeks full pay, with the option to split leave over the first 6 months plus an additional 2 weeks unpaid Compassionate and carers leave (case-by-case)
