Our PR work has grown steadily over the last few months, and now we’re creating a new manager role to help Clearbox keep delivering great campaigns for our clients. Before we get into the role and benefits, we want to mention that ideally, we’re looking for someone on a full-time basis.

However.

If you’re a brilliant person who isn’t looking for a full-time role, then please apply. We want great people on our team, and we understand that the best people aren’t always in a full-time role – so please don’t let that put you off.

We want Clearbox to be a place where brilliant people from all backgrounds can do their best work. We welcome applications from everyone, and we’ll happily make any adjustments you need to the process – just let us know what would help.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
