Kite Strategies is an early-stage communications business helping agencies and B2B companies extend the reach of suitable stories through a network of more than 150 UK regional and industry publications, targeted audience distribution and campaign reporting.
We are hiring an organised and commercially aware Operations & Communications Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
The role
Working closely with the founders, you will support client campaigns, communications and general business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating campaign deadlines, documents and deliverables
- Preparing reports, presentations and client materials
- Researching companies, audiences, publications and potential partners
- Maintaining prospect, client and campaign records
- Drafting and editing emails, social content and business communications
- Supporting outreach and partnership activity
- Liaising with clients and publication partners
- Helping improve internal processes as the business grows

About you
Previous experience is welcome but not essential. Experience or an interest in communications, media, marketing, account management or business operations would be helpful.
You should be organised, dependable, attentive to detail and confident communicating in writing. You should also be comfortable using spreadsheets and digital working tools.
The role is fully remote within the UK, with flexible start and finish times around agreed core working hours.
