Archetype UK – Accelerate Summer Internship Program
Archetype UK is a passionate and diverse communications agency made up of more than 90 Tech PR, content, digital and web development specialists united by a shared commitment that our work has a positive impact on the world.
We are running our annual Accelerate Summer Internship Program, aimed at people eager to learn and develop skills across B2B marcomms, media, PR, tech, AI and more!
About the Role
Archetype Accelerate is a part-time, 4-week paid internship designed to help upcoming talent build knowledge and skills in tech PR.
Whether you have just left college, are currently studying, or considering a career change, this program could be for you.
What You’ll Experience
During your time on the Accelerate program, you will:
- Develop, network, and upskill using our learning framework
- Learn through on-the-job training, receiving practical skills, personal development, constructive feedback, and industry insights from mentors and trainers
- Gain access to new tools, industry experiences, and social connections
- Deepen your understanding in comms, content, digital, design, AI, and media
- Work alongside other interns in a collaborative environment

Program Mission

Key Responsibilities
Throughout the program, you could be involved in:
- Monitoring media, including conducting news scans using Roxhill
- Identifying and sharing key media topics and trends
- Attending industry events to observe, learn, and relay insights to the team
- Writing to journalists and supporting media outreach efforts
- Drafting press releases and assisting in media pitches
- Researching journalists and publications
- Assisting with meeting agendas and diary scheduling
- Shadowing professionals across different functions to understand daily tasks and tools
Program Details
Duration: 4 weeks Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Location: On-site (60 Great Portland Street, Oxford Circus) Hours: 10am – 4:30pm Start Dates:
- 1st cohort begins Mid-July
- 2nd cohort begins Mid-August

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Right to work and live in the UK
- Ability to attend the London office 3 days per week (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
