About the Role
He/She expected for an experienced and strategic Public Relations Manager to lead our communications efforts and drive brand reputation in mainland. This role is pivotal in shaping our business narrative, building strong media relationships, and executing integrated PR campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. He/she will partner closely with cross-functional teams including corporate PR, business line and marketing, service, factory as well as supporting team to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels.
Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications plans that align with business objectives, covering earned media, product launches, integrated campaigns.
- Identify and leverage market trends, cultural moments, and industry insights to create impactful narratives, patients’ stories that enhance brand visibility and leadership.
- Act as a primary media contact, proactively pitching stories, designing content, managing media inquiries, and coordinating interviews for VP, BLs leaders.
- Ability to translate global strategy and business goals into actionable PR strategies and execute them with precision.
Tradeshow/Campaign Management & Measurement
- Track, analyze, and report on PR performance after big shows (CIIE, CAME…) using key metrics (coverage volume, sentiment, reach, message penetration, ROI) to continuously optimize strategies and demonstrate business impact.

- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of medical industry experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably with experience in both in-house and agency environments.
