Public Relations Manager
PR Manager
Location: Hybrid / London Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 + Benefits
We’re partnering with a fast-growing global personal care business known for its innovative product portfolio, strong consumer following, and disruptive approach to beauty and wellness. With continued international expansion and exciting launches planned across multiple markets, the business is looking to appoint an experienced PR Manager to lead brand communications and influencer strategy.
This is a high-impact role for a creative and commercially minded PR professional who thrives in a fast-paced consumer environment and understands how earned media and influencer partnerships work together to build modern brands.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the PR Manager will lead global PR activity across product launches, brand campaigns, media relations, and influencer partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand perception, increasing awareness, and driving engagement across both traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global PR strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Build strong relationships with beauty, lifestyle, and consumer media across key markets
- Manage press office activity including media outreach, product placement, press releases, and reactive communications
- Lead and coordinate PR activity around product launches, campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Own influencer and creator engagement strategy across gifting, paid partnerships, ambassador programmes, and event activations
- Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers, talent agencies, and content creators to drive authentic brand advocacy
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, influencer ROI, and brand sentiment
- Support crisis communications and reputation management where required
- Collaborate closely with Social, Brand, Ecommerce, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated campaigns
- Manage PR and influencer budgets alongside external agency partners where applicable

About You
- Proven experience in PR, Communications, or Influencer Marketing within beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts within the consumer space
- Experience delivering successful earned media and influencer campaigns across global or multi-market brands
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer trends
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with influencer platforms, media monitoring tools, and campaign reporting metrics
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and creatively driven
