PR Manager – Luxury Fragrance & Beauty
Kingston upon Thames | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Up to £55,000 + Company Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

We're recruiting for an experienced PR Manager to join one of the UK's leading distributors of luxury fragrance and beauty brands.
Officially titled PR & Influencer Relations Manager, this is a senior communications role with a clear emphasis on public relations, media engagement and brand storytelling, supported by carefully considered influencer partnerships.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Head of PR & Influencer Relations, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of internationally recognised fragrance and beauty brands, creating and delivering PR strategies that generate excitement, build brand equity and support commercial growth across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering creative PR strategies.
- Building relationships with beauty editors, journalists and industry contacts.
- Planning launches, press events and media activations.
- Managing the press office and proactive media outreach.
- Working with carefully selected influencers where they add value.
- Managing PR budgets and measuring ROI.
- Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams.

About You
- Approximately five years' experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury PR.
- Strong UK beauty and lifestyle media contacts.
- Proven editorial coverage success.
- Launch and event experience.
- Excellent communication and organisation.
- Commercially aware with a creative mindset.
