Public Sector Partner Manager – Elastic

About the Role
Elastic is seeking a Public Sector Partner Manager to build and expand a high-performing ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Influence Partners (IPs) across the UK Public Sector.
You will develop strategic partnerships that help government organisations address key challenges, including:
- Overcoming fragmented data silos
- Strengthening cyber resilience
- Modernising operational workflows
- Building trusted AI foundations
Your work will span Central Government, Defence, Healthcare, Public Safety, Education, and Critical National Infrastructure, enabling partners to deliver measurable customer outcomes while driving sustainable growth for both Elastic and the ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Drive ecosystem growth: Build and grow strategic GSI and IP partnerships across the UK Public Sector.
- Develop executive relationships: Foster high-level connections that drive joint revenue growth and customer success.
- Empower partners: Develop partner capabilities through enablement, training, certifications, and solution innovation.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives: Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Services, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute joint business strategies.
- Expand pipeline: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals via strategic account planning and orchestrated engagements.
- Foster collaboration: Cultivate a culture of reuse, innovation, and shared value across the ecosystem.
- Support customer solutions: Help partners deliver end-to-end solutions in:

- Observability & Operational Intelligence

Requirements
Eligible candidates will have: ✅ Proven experience in building and growing strategic technology partnerships, especially within public sector or large enterprise contexts. ✅ Deep knowledge of UK Public Sector procurement frameworks and stakeholder engagement. ✅ Experience working with GSIs, consultancies, and ecosystems—preferably in defence, healthcare, or critical infrastructure. ✅ A customer-first mentality, with a passion for solving complex, high-impact challenges. ✅ Strong executive presence, ability to influence across C-level stakeholders, and diplomatic negotiation skills. ✅ A strategic mindset with a bias for execution, measured by clear, achievable outcomes.
