Publications Coordinator

Help shape high-quality publications for the global life sciences industry

Established in 2009, BioPhorum is a global collaboration platform bringing together over 150 life science organisations — including 18 of the world’s top 20 biopharmaceutical companies — to drive innovation and progress across the industry.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Publications Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

The Publications Coordinator will play a key role in managing BioPhorum’s publications process from manuscript development through to final publication. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong editing and proofreading skills with project coordination and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure publications are delivered on time, to a consistently high standard, and aligned with BioPhorum’s brand and governance requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
