Senior Publicist (Musicians & Artists)
Liberty Music PR’s core mission is to empower and champion independent musicians globally, helping them achieve full creative independence without needing a label. We focus on effective and authentic marketing to create lasting, impactful artist campaigns. We’re proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, well-connected Publicist to join our innovative PR agency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage campaign-by-campaign workload, choosing flexible involvement.
- Develop compelling artist stories, personas, and creative concepts through ideation.
- Oversee multiple artist campaigns/projects, securing press features, interviews, premieres, studio sessions, and podcast appearances across digital publications, influencers, and brands.
- Deeply engage with today’s digital and mobile consumer to craft brand-specific marketing strategies, driving artist growth—particularly within social and digital marketing.
- Collaborate to refine creative concepts and deliverables, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Stay current with Paid Media and measurement techniques, recommending social and digital KPIs tailored to client objectives.
- Identify and drive incremental opportunities for clients, ensuring campaign success.
- Key tech/digital familiarity, including experience with modern platforms.

Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience as a publicist specialising in music, artists, labels, or management.
- Strong grasp of emerging technology and digital trends.
- Diverse and robust industry network with top-tier publications and brand partners.
- Highly autonomous, with assertiveness and initiative—minimal supervision required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-energy team environment.
- Passionate about making a tangible impact.
- Growth-driven, always eager to expand expertise.
- Comfortable collaborating while adapting to diverse tasks.
