Publisher Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Publisher Partnerships

Competitive Salary + Bonus Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Our client is an innovative advertising technology business helping premium digital publishers unlock greater value from their audiences through data-driven advertising solutions. Operating across international markets, they combine technology, collaboration, and commercial expertise to build sustainable partnerships that deliver long-term growth.


The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new publisher partnerships across key international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales process—from lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across publisher organisations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner success.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Represent the business at industry events and strengthen its market presence.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in business development, publisher sales, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media or programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Take a consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
  • Passion for digital media and helping partners achieve sustainable growth.
