Job Outline

ABOUT YOU

You’re a confident relationship builder with a solid grounding in affiliate marketing. With over a year of hands-on experience in the industry, you’re ready to step up – to take ownership of your role, push boundaries, and shape the way affiliate relationships are managed and grown.

You’re excited by the idea of developing key partnerships, driving innovation in how we work with publishers (aka affiliates), and supporting the Publisher Director to scale the team’s impact. You bring energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset to everything you do — and you’re keen to make this role your own.

About The Role

As Publisher Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a leading role within the Publisher Team, driving growth, innovation, and alignment across our affiliate network. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential affiliates, build strong commercial relationships, and act as a trusted source of insight for internal teams and clients alike.

You’ll be a key connection point between affiliates and our Client Services team, working to surface the best opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration across campaigns. From supporting technical queries to championing innovation, your goal is to elevate how we work with affiliates – both in day-to-day delivery and long-term strategic planning.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Build, grow, and retain strong relationships with a portfolio of affiliate partners across a variety of sectors.
  • Regularly engage with affiliates to understand their commercial models, platform capabilities, and growth drivers.
  • Organise and host weekly Publisher Presents, networking sessions, and workshops to drive visibility and value across the business.
  • Actively support recruitment of new, high-quality affiliates into the network – through proactive outreach and ad-hoc requests from across the business.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted expert on our affiliate partner portfolio, providing insights and guidance to Client Services to ensure that affiliate opportunities are aligned with client campaign needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to test, trial, and scale affiliate activity across relevant client programmes.
  • Support the Publisher Director with driving innovation across team operations, systems, and growth strategy.
  • Contribute to affiliate-related events, workshops, and wider business initiatives that promote the partners value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
