I'm currently working with one of the leading US-facing performance marketing companies in the online gambling industry who are looking to hire a Publisher Partnerships Team Lead to join their growing team.

This is a leadership position where you'll manage a team responsible for building and growing relationships with publishers, affiliates and strategic traffic partners, with a strong focus on scaling the company's presence across the regulated US iGaming market.

💰 Salary: Up to £70,000 base salary + Performance bonus of up to 50% + 13th month salary

🏠 Working model: The role will be fully remote initially while the company establishes its London office. Once the office is operational, the position will transition into an office-based role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the Publisher Partnerships team
  • Build and strengthen relationships with publishers, affiliates and strategic traffic partners targeting the US market
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Drive publisher performance, traffic quality and profitability
  • Define KPIs and coach the team to exceed commercial targets
  • Work closely with AdOps, BI, Product and Finance teams to optimise campaign performance
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience leading a Publisher, Affiliate or Partnerships team
  • Strong background in affiliate marketing, publisher management or business development
  • Proven experience working with the US iGaming market
  • Strong understanding of the US affiliate landscape, publisher ecosystem and acquisition channels
  • Experience within iGaming, performance marketing or digital advertising
  • Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
