Role Description
The Publishing & Audio Manager will oversee planning, buying, and optimisation of publishing and audio media campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing cross-channel strategies
- Briefing partners and media owners
- Managing campaign timelines
- Monitoring performance across print, digital publishing, radio, and streaming audio platforms
The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as client services, strategy, and data to produce integrated recommendations, reports, and insights. The Publishing & Audio Manager will also nurture relationships with media partners, stay informed about industry trends, and contribute to innovative, audience-led media solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
Qualifications
- Experience in publishing and audio media planning and buying, including print, digital publishing, radio, and streaming audio.
- Strong skills in campaign management, including scheduling, budget tracking, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret audience insights, and use analytics tools to inform media strategy and improve results.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the UK media landscape, including key platforms, media owners, trading practices, and industry trends.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a media agency or relevant media environment; background in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field is beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative working practices and openness to continuous learning and professional development.
